Continuation Permits

The term "continuation permit" refers to new permits issued to replace permits that have already been voided, already expired, or the job has been taken over by a different person. Depending upon the job status, necessary permits and associated fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Applicants will be notified of required permits and fee amounts. A Certificate of Occupancy will be issued when all required inspections have been approved and all other township zoning compliance and well/septic approvals have been completed.

Note: Requests for file or print copies are subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) statutory law. If you want a copy of the latter, please complete a formal FOIA request available at the counter.
