
Certificates of Occupancy
A building or structure hereafter constructed shall not be used or
occupied in whole or in part until a certificate of use and occupancy
had been issued by the appropriate enforcing agency.
Applying for a Temporary or Full Certificate of Occupancy
When applying for a Certificate of Occupancy, there are certain
conditions that must first be met prior to actually submitting your
application. Applications may be submitted ONLY after the following
conditions have been met: |
