 Contractor/Builder or designees

Identification for anyone; plus letter from contractor to allow designees pick up privileges (this could include the homeowner)
  Homeowner Identification for anyone
  Agent of homeowner Identification for anyone; plus letter from homeowner allowing agent pick up privileges

Commercial

Anyone (no restrictions)
