Each year the Secretary of State provides the names of
all people who have valid driver's licenses or State identification
cards. These names are loaded into a computer program provided by
the Supreme Court. The names are picked randomly by the computer,
using a method devised by law.

Jurors receive $12.50 per half day served, $25.00
per whole day served, as well as mileage for travel to the Court. This amount is set by
statute and the county has no control over the amount.
