Requirements for Marriage Licenses

 

There are two instances when you will need to apply for your marriage license from the Livingston County Clerk.

1.) One of you live in Livingston County and plan on getting married in Michigan. Click here for guidelines.

2.) You live out of state and plan on getting married in Livingston County. Click here for guidelines.
