Contact the District Court at 517-548-1000 and ask for Beverly in the marriage department.  She will need the following information: Full name of groom Full name of bride Desired wedding date/time, note available times listed below Phone number of bride and groom Please Note:  Ceremonies are held Fridays only at 10:00, 10:15, or 10:30 a.m. at the Howell Court location. Judges do not make "house calls". Wedding Day:  You will need to bring the following: Marriage license (obtained from County Clerk's office) Full names of two witnesses $10.00 You must bring 2 witnesses.
