HR and Labor Relations Director - Jennifer Palmbos Coordinates the employment program, serves as a resource and advisor on employee relations matters and oversees or assists with other components of the Human Resource program. Payroll Clerk – Leejeen Sobotta Processes bi-weekly payroll, works closely with HR staff regarding personnel changes and payroll details for employees: including pay rates, status changes, benefit changes and verification of employment. Maintains all ADP and E-time systems and back ups, Makes changes to the system programs with regard to rates, accruals and pay dates. Creates and provides a variety of hours/earnings, sick/vacation reports and pay detail to department supervisors every pay. Enrolls eligible new hires into the MERS retirement software. Assist employees with ADP iPay logins and passwords. Files and maintains earnings, hours and sick and vacation records for all employees. |
