Rosemary Yenshaw (Mimi), PEM, ENP
Mimi is the Administrative Supervisor. She is responsible for Employee Hiring, Training, Quality Assurance, Public Education and Records. She has been with the county since April, 1980. For almost 20 years, Yenshaw served as a dispatcher at the Livingston County Sheriff Department.

Mrs. Yenshaw is certified by FEMA and the State of Michigan as a Professional Emergency Manager (PEM). She has also certified by The National Emergency Number Association (NENA) as a certified Emergency Number Professional (ENP).

Jenelle Brookins-Kourt

Jenelle is the Operations Supervisor, responsible for the daily operations of the 911 Dispatch Center. She has been with the county since April 1999, starting off as a 911 call taker and progressively moving up through the ranks.

Jenelle holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration, a bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and is working on her MBA in Organizational Leadership.

Lisa Beth Harvey

Lisa is the IT Supervisor. She is responsible for CAD and Phone operations of the 911 Dispatch Center. She has been with the county since March, 2002. She has 20 years experience in the Public Safety Industry.

Susan Bennett
Susan is the administrative secretary for the department and is also a certified 9-1-1 dispatcher. She has been employed with the county since March, 2000.
