DD214's (Military Discharge)

 

 

Once discharged from the military veterans may file their military discharge papers (form DD-214) with the County Clerk in the county of residence. Veterans will receive copies free of charge.

Military discharge information is not public record. Copies may be obtained by the individual (with ID) or family member with a death certificate. Requests must be made in person.
