Green Oak Charter Township

Green Oak Township is located in the southeast quadrant of Livingston County. The township is adjacent to Oakland County which bounds the township to the east and Washtenaw County which bounds the township to the south. Woodland and lakes are plentiful in this township and Huron Meadows Metropark and Island Lake State Recreation Area are valued recreational assets within this community. The estimated 2007 population was 18,364.
