David has served as Livingston County Prosecutor since 1989. Prior to his
election, David served as Chief Assistant Prosecutor for Livingston County
from 1984 - 1987, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Calhoun County from
1982-1984 and Livingston County from 1981-1982. Before becoming an
attorney, David was a high school teacher and served on the industrial
relations staff of a Fortune 500 company.
David serves as Immediate Past President of the Prosecuting Attorney’s
Association of Michigan (PAAM). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Livingston Area Council Against Spouse Abuse and
serves on the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES).
Mr. Morse has served
as an instructor for PAAM training seminars and for the Michigan Judicial
Institute’s seminars for New Judges and New Magistrates. He has been
recognized by Governor Engler and by the Michigan Domestic Violence
Prevention and Treatment Board for his efforts to end domestic violence.
Mr. Morse has also received the unit citation for professional excellence
by the Michigan State Police.

1983, and has been Chief Assistant Prosecutor in Livingston County since
1989.
Marilyn Bradford Supervising Attorney - Juvenile Court

Marilyn has worked as a prosecutor since 1991, primarily handling
juvenile delinquency cases and child protective proceedings. She is
involved in many organizations involving child and family issues. In
addition, Marilyn teaches trial advocacy at Cooley Law School in Lansing.
Before becoming a prosecutor, Marilyn taught in the public schools.
Kollette Bordeaux

While in law school, Kollette was an extern with the Eaton County
Prosecutor’s Office and a member of the National Trial Team. Following
her graduation from law school, Kollette worked as an assistant
prosecuting attorney for the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office for
nearly eight years. Before becoming an assistant prosecutor, Kollette
taught in the Lansing Public Schools as an elementary school teacher and
music instructor.
Miriam A. Cavanaugh Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

While in law school, Miriam was a PAAM intern with the Macomb County
Prosecutor's Office in 1999. Following her graduation from law
school, she worked as a Prehearing Attorney for the Michigan Court of
Appeals until February, 2002 and then was the Judicial Law Clerk for Court
of Appeals Judge Chris Murray. Miriam joined the office in June,
2003.

Starting as an assistant prosecutor in March, 2003, Angela previously
worked in the office as a PAAM intern while in law school. Upon
graduation from law school, Angela clerked for the 47th District Court,
Judge Marla E. Parker.
Pamela J. Maas Supervising Attorney - Circuit Court

Pam joined the Livingston County Prosecutor’s Office in 1997 after
serving for ten years as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Oakland
County where she headed the Child Sexual Assault Unit. Pam prosecutes all
criminal cases involving sexual assault and the abuse of children. She
helped establish the Care Project, which coordinates the investigation of
child abuse cases in Livingston County. Pam is currently a member of the
Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan Sexual Assault Task Force
and a frequent lecturer on the investigation and prosecution of child
sexual assault cases.

Bill has worked for the Livingston County Prosecutor’s Office since
1997. Bill previously served as Livingston County Clerk and as a member
and chairman of the Livingston County Board of Commissioners.
Anthony Paruk Special Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

Since 1989, Tony has served as the Family Support prosecutor and is
responsible for obtaining paternity establishment and child support
orders. Tony sits on the Friend of the Court Advisory Committee for
Livingston County and is a member and past chair of the Legislative
Committee of the Child Support Forum, an association of Family Support
prosecutors throughout Michigan. Tony previously served as Deputy Friend
of the Court for Livingston County from 1987-1988.

Dan worked as an assistant prosecutor for Livingston County from 1989
though 1998 when he left to be Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in
Leelanau County. Dan returned to the office in January 2005.
Shawn M. Ryan Senior Trial Attorney

Shawn joined the office in January, 2003. She spent almost four
years with the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office and prosecuted felony
domestic violence cases in their Domestic Violence Unit. Shawn
previously worked as Agency Counsel for the U.S. Customs Service in San
Francisco, as well as General Counsel for a privately held business.

Bill has been an Assistant Livingston County Prosecutor since 1995. He
was an Assistant Prosecutor in Oakland County from 1986 through 1988 and
worked in private practice before joining the office. Bill also prosecutes
civil forfeitures involving Controlled Substances and the Omnibus
Forfeiture Act in addition to assisting police investigations through
Investigative subpoenas. Bill has served as President
of the Livingston County Bar Association and is an instructor
at PAAM seminars for prosecutors as well as the National College of
District Attorneys. In 2004, Bill was appointed to the State
Bar of Michigan's Standing Committee on Standard Criminal Jury
Instructions.
